Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Consultant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Telesales Consultant, you will be responsible for sales consulting, communication, customer service, sales, and training. Your day-to-day tasks will involve providing excellent customer service to potential clients, conducting sales calls, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing product information and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Experience in the real estate industry is a must – at least one year
- Excellent Telesales Consulting and Communication skills
- Familiar with KPIS
- Customer service and customer support experience
- Proven track record
- Ability to achieve targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Multilinguals are preferred
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in sales or telesales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
