Lemon Mint Films is seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Director to join its microdrama production team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with on-set production experience who thrive in fast-paced filming environments and have a passion for storytelling.
The successful candidate will assist in coordinating production activities, supporting the director during filming, and ensuring smooth communication between cast and crew. Candidates who are fluent in both Hindi and English and have previous experience in television, commercial, or digital productions are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Director with on-set production and daily filming activities.
• Coordinate with cast, crew, and production departments to ensure efficient workflow.
• Support scheduling, scene preparation, and production logistics.
• Help maintain production timelines and ensure smooth on-set operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members throughout the production process.
• Assist in organizing production documents and coordinating shoot requirements.
• Contribute to the successful execution of microdrama productions.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an Assistant Director in television, commercial, or digital content production.
• Fluency in both Hindi and English.
