We are hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruitment Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to support Recruitment team to find out suitable talent for the company within time frame.
• Should have experience for Sourcing CVS, Screening candidates on initial interviews, arrangements of interviews with hiring managers .
• Should have experience to work on indeed / Naukri Gulf / LinkedIn or any other portals related to recruitment.
• Having experience to handle recruitment for both White collar and blue collar.
• Having experience working with Construction / Heavy Machinery / Real Estate or with Facility Management is requirement for this position.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience to work within HR department for Recruitment in UAE with any Construction company / Heavy Machinery / Real Estate or Facility Management company.
• Bachelors Degree preferred for this position .
• Good Communication skills
