Description:
A company in Sharjah is looking for experienced Call Center Agents to join its team. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to communicate effectively in the required languages.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates currently based in the UAE who have previous call center, insurance, or customer support experience. Immediate joiners and candidates available on short notice will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support through call center channels.
• Communicate with customers clearly and effectively in the required languages.
• Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
• Follow company procedures and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests when required.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in Call Center, Insurance, or Customer Service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in one of the following language combinations:
• Arabic & English
• Hindi & English
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
