Description:

We are looking for experienced Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to join our team for new upcoming concept located in the hearth of Jumeirah.

Candidate must have proven work record of minimum 3 years as a Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef.

Only candidates that full-fill below criteria will be shortlisted:

Must be punctual

High Standards of Personal Hygiene

Perfect English language spoken and written

Previous record of PiC training

Hands-on experience with planning menus and ordering ingredients, inventory and cost control

Knowledge of a wide range of recipes, costing and staff training

Creative and Innovative

Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations of Dubai Municipality

Excellent organizational skills

Possess conflict management abilities

Capable to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment

Flexible to work during evenings and weakends

Certification from a culinary school or degree in Restaurant Management is a plus

Previous experience with pre-opening is a plus
