Description:

We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer to join our team.

Job Location: UAE

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years in repairing flexible endoscopy and various medical equipment such as Endoscope washer, electrosurgical units, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering.
• Specific knowledge and understanding of flexible endoscope repair and general medical equipment.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• UAE driving license and knowledge of UAE locations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Repair flexible endoscopes and related instruments to OEM specifications.
• Develop and update detailed repair procedures for various models.
• Ensure the quality of repair processes, implement improvements, and resolve issues.
• Validate equipment against customer specifications and country standards.
• Accurately complete paperwork and communicate repair timelines.
• Perform multiple repair tasks error-free and meet deadlines consistently.
• Conduct process audits to maintain quality standards.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair designated equipment.
• Provide telephone support for start-up and troubleshooting.
• Execute Preventive Maintenance as per schedule.
• Order required parts and maintain communication with suppliers.
• Keep customer service logs and internal records up to date.
• Communicate with customers daily for resolution and follow-up.
• Utilize escalation process for service delivery issues.
• Maintain and calibrate tools and test equipment.
• Adhere to Quality, Environmental Health, and Safety standards.
