Description:

Al Shirawi Retrofit is on the lookout for a driven Senior Sales Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience. The executive must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and will be responsible for the following:

• Developing a holistic corporate brand strategy through increasing brand awareness, identifying new customers, and coordinating public relations efforts.
• Developing new business relationships/opportunities.
• Developing and implementing growth strategies for the retrofit vertical.
• Increasing the company’s involvement with existing clients.
• Creating business plans and reports based on market research.
• Leading customer service, data analysis, and a variety of other business activities.
• Building referral and lead generation networks.
• Forecasting long and short-range market potential in the UAE.
