Join our team in Sharjah! We’re looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to play a key role in design, coordination, and site supervision of building services, focusing on HVAC and plumbing systems.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for senior Mechanical Engineer (MEP) at Fahad Al Sharq located in Sharjah. As an engineer, you will be responsible for HVAC engineering, HVAC design, and computer-aided design (CAD). Additionally, you will perform maintenance and repair tasks.
- Design and coordination of HVAC and plumbing systems for various projects.
- Site supervision, including review of shop drawings, materials, and site inspections.
- Planning and managing project timelines and resources effectively.
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Experience in thermal load calculations for projects.
- Proficient in using Excel and Word for project documentation and reporting.
- Experience in project sales and bringing new projects, such as villa buildings up to G+10 levels, would be advantageous.

Qualifications
