Description:

We are looking for a responsible Secretary | Female |U.A.E national to provide personalized secretarial and administrative to our School Executive Principal in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the school.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Following up on the School Executive Principal for important tasks and deadlines.
  • Organizing events and conferences.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative processes.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Secretary.
  • A Bachelor degree is a must.
  • Outstanding organizational & MS Office proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask and time management skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
