Description:

PFF Group is seeking a Sales Representative / Purchaser for the PFF Jebel Ali – Dubai Office.

• Minimum 3-5 years of similar experience within Project Supply of Piping materials and Trading Business.
• Daily / Report update sheet for open orders / enquiries showing the actual status.
• Analyzing the enquiry with the Sales Manager.
• Enquiring the suppliers and manage the timely receipt of offers and follow up with manufacturers. Solicit enquiries to suppliers in line with client’s enquiry/Purchase Order.
• Checking of all stock using ERP system.
• Making cost comparison of the supplier quotes.
• Sending the offers as and when required by the Sales Manager.
• Coordination for client registrations.
• Prequalification documentation for supplier registration.
• Check the correctness of client’s purchase order.
• Insert in the ERP system the sales order which automatically creates the purchase orders.
• Send the purchase orders to the suppliers.
• Coordinate internally until handover of the order is done to Operations.
• Handling day to day sales / procurement activities.
• Filing, Including accurate and timely saving of documents, maintain up to date hard copies and log, store in correct location, coding and referencing, ensure sufficient filing space, archiving, educate and support team to access documents.
