Description:
A global FMCG brand is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – E-Commerce to drive the growth and expansion of its international e-commerce business across the US, UK, India, and MENA markets.
The ideal candidate will have strong marketplace experience with Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, along with expertise in digital marketing, performance analytics, and online business growth strategies. This role requires a growth-focused professional who can manage end-to-end e-commerce operations and work closely with regional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive e-commerce revenue growth and profitability across international markets.
• Develop country and category-specific e-commerce strategies and growth plans.
• Lead product launches and support marketplace expansion initiatives.
• Manage Amazon and other major e-commerce platforms.
• Oversee product listings, content optimization, brand pages, and marketplace execution.
• Manage performance marketing campaigns, advertising budgets, ROAS, and digital investments.
• Collaborate with e-retailers on Joint Business Plans (JBP).
• Monitor business performance, analytics, and key growth metrics.
• Partner with regional marketing teams to execute digital campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketplace visibility and customer engagement.
Requirements:
• 4–5 years of experience in E-Commerce operations and growth management.
• Experience in Beauty & Personal Care, FMCG, D2C, or marketplace businesses is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.
• Experience managing US Amazon marketplace is preferred.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, analytics, and digital marketing metrics.
• Growth-oriented mindset with strong business ownership abilities.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• MBA in Marketing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Marketplace Management
• Performance Marketing, ROAS, and Digital Advertising
• E-Commerce Analytics, P&L Management, and Growth Strategy
