Description:
A leading manufacturing and industrial company is seeking an experienced Sourcing & Procurement Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This leadership position is ideal for professionals with extensive procurement experience and a proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract administration.
The successful candidate will lead procurement operations, develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and oversee contract lifecycle management while ensuring cost efficiency and operational excellence. Candidates with strong manufacturing industry experience and leadership capabilities are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives.
• Lead supplier selection, evaluation, and performance management activities.
• Manage contract negotiations and oversee the complete contract lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
• Identify procurement risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and industry standards.
• Utilize ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel for procurement analysis and reporting.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team to achieve departmental objectives.
Requirements:
• 10–12 years of experience in Procurement and Sourcing.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a managerial position.
• At least 5 years of experience within the Manufacturing Industry.
• Strong expertise in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Contracting, and Negotiation.
• Proven experience in Supplier Management, Performance Management, and Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent command of both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA and CIPS/MCIPS certifications are highly preferred.
• Open to all Arab nationalities.
• Transferable Iqama is required.
