Hiring Sales Operations Specialist

Location: Dubai, UAE

JOB ROLE:

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the market segmentation process, identifying both existing and new segments. Develop strategic and business plans for each segment and coordinate with the respective teams.
• Take charge of leading the marketing communication function by disseminating newsletters, organizing seminars, customer events, and sharing the latest updates with operating units.
• Take ownership of maintaining and managing the Segment, Sales, and market share database. Utilize tools such as salesforce.com and other business intelligence platforms to generate relevant reports to address various business needs.
• Collaborate with the world-class front end (WCFE) team to conduct regular market reviews, aligning on key market drivers, and adapting strategies according to the hub strategy.
• Initiate and spearhead the definition and implementation of market analyses. Ensure the management of market and competitive intelligence analyses, including specific studies on macro, micro, and targeted markets.
• Manage the customer’s database, competitors’ information, and marketplace data. Consolidate this information into actionable items, reports, newsletters, and presentations.
