Description:

Sales Manager required in Dubai

Products:

• Ensure right products in each outlet, monitor the fast- and slow-moving items, monitor supply, damage/exchanged, age items
• Place purchasing orders to head office
• Make sure the distributive logistic arrangement
• Response to products line up and guide visual merchandisers
• Forecast the trendy and plan the stock level availably accurately
• Supervise the inventory, and track the product movement
• Position well the pricing metric and revert with feedback to management on sell points.
• Prepare monthly reports and gather all the information related to products and customers feedback to improve the customer’s satisfaction.
• Provide the suggestion to design teams on the market view.

Sales teams:

• Train new sales to develop products knowledge and preach company insight core messages
• Supervise all sales’ schedules, attendance and deployment
• Outlet visits according to schedule
• Set up the benchmark and KPI monthly, supporting/motivating/under performers.
• Carry out assessment on periodic term
• Keep the consistency of company culture and service standards

Others:

• Supervise all materials related to sales activities
• Software and Pos system support
