ASGC Group is currently looking to hire a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper – Civil to support its construction operations. This role is essential in ensuring proper handling, storage, and tracking of civil materials and tools across project sites.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in inventory management, and a solid understanding of construction materials and site requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming materials, tools, and equipment
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of civil materials within the store
• Issue materials based on site demands while maintaining precise records
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams for timely replenishment
• Conduct regular inventory audits and prepare detailed stock reports
• Ensure safe handling and storage practices to avoid damage or loss of materials
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety standards within the store area
• Keep all documentation updated, including GRN, delivery notes, and issue slips
Requirements:
• Diploma or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a storekeeper in construction or civil projects
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and inventory control processes
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage site demands effectively
