Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas

• Present and demonstrate HCM, WFM, and Payroll SaaS solutions to decision-makers and enterprise clients

• Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities within assigned territory

• Prepare customized sales proposals and solutions based on client technical and business needs

• Maintain deep knowledge of product features, market trends, and industry advancements

• Collaborate with internal technical, sales operations, and legal teams to support deal closure

• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract finalization

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven success in a sales or account executive role

• Strong understanding of HCM, WFM, SaaS, or HR/Payroll industry solutions

• Experience selling HRMS, Payroll, or workforce management solutions is highly preferred

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required
