Black Pearl Consult is currently facilitating a new career opportunity for a qualified Chartered Accountant in Dubai, UAE. This role is well-suited for a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, project-driven environment and possesses strong expertise across financial operations and compliance.
The selected candidate will play a key role in managing financial reporting, budgeting, project costing, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting business performance and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate financial reports and statements in line with regulatory standards
• Manage project costing, budgeting, and financial planning activities
• Oversee cash flow management and ensure financial stability of operations
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, corporate tax regulations, and financial policies
• Coordinate with auditors and handle audit-related requirements
• Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls
• Utilize ERP systems and advanced Excel tools for financial analysis and reporting
Candidate Requirements:
• CA, ACCA, or CPA qualification is mandatory
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in the UAE is preferred
• Prior experience in contracting, construction, or real estate sectors is a strong advantage
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Good understanding of UAE VAT, corporate tax, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment
• Immediate availability will be considered an advantage
