Description:

Alsi for Marine Services LLC is a leading Omani SME providing Customs Clearance and Logistics Services in Oman and UAE. We are currently looking for a performance-driven Sales Executive to work within our Sales Team in Dubai.

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Responsible to maintain customer database through regular sales visits and undertake sales calls to win new business.
  • Conduct and report a minimum number of sales leads and calls set by the management and transform a minimum of those into a revenue-generating business.
  • Develop a new business prospect listing to ensure that future new business development is planned in advance.
  • Maintain close working relationships with the customer service, operations to support new and existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree holder or any relevant course.
  • 2-3 Years of Freight forwarding sales experience in the UAE
  • Has a valid UAE Driving License.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and maintain solid working relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, positive, enthusiastic, and aggressive.
