Description:
Liwa Education is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Academic Department Assistant to support the smooth coordination of academic operations across its schools in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for candidates who possess strong administrative abilities and are comfortable managing educational documentation, communication, and academic support activities in a professional school environment.
The selected candidate will play an important role in maintaining efficient academic processes by supporting curriculum coordination, assessment administration, record management, and collaboration between departments. Individuals with strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask effectively are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the coordination and organization of academic department activities across schools
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and academic files
• Assist with curriculum coordination and assessment-related administrative tasks
• Communicate effectively with academic staff and internal departments
• Support scheduling, reporting, and general departmental administration
• Ensure proper handling and control of confidential academic documents
• Assist in improving operational efficiency within the academic department
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in academic administration or office coordination is an advantage
