A leading organization in the staffing and consulting sector is urgently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to support business expansion and client acquisition efforts in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in staffing solutions (IT and non-IT), proven sales performance, and the ability to build long-term client relationships in competitive markets.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can generate new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and contribute directly to revenue growth in the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Drive new business acquisition across IT and non-IT staffing and consulting services

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers

• Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities in the UAE and broader Middle East market

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve business growth targets
