Our client, a leading organisation in the tourism and entertainment industry based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to drive revenue growth and lead strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve organisational objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns to enhance market presence.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Align sales targets with marketing efforts for optimal results.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales and marketing experience, with a proven track record in the – tourism or entertainment industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s tourism and entertainment market.
- Ability to design and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
