Description:
MAXCO Electromechanical LLC is seeking an experienced Multi Technician to join its growing facilities maintenance team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in building maintenance and a strong understanding of multiple technical disciplines.
The successful candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across commercial and residential facilities, ensuring building systems operate efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and service quality. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for building services.
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, carpentry, masonry, and general maintenance works.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults related to electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, air conditioning, and other building services.
• Complete minor repairs involving lighting, switches, sockets, water fixtures, sanitary fittings, and basic HVAC components.
• Assist specialized technicians during maintenance, repair, and installation activities.
• Conduct routine inspections of building facilities and report defects or abnormalities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
• Complete maintenance checklists, service reports, and communicate technical issues to the supervisor.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
• Practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, carpentry, masonry, and general maintenance works.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve general building maintenance issues.
• Experience working in commercial and residential buildings is preferred.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and maintenance equipment.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
