Description:
Al Ahliya Sky On Demand Labors Supply is urgently hiring two Business Development Executives to support its expanding labor supply and manpower outsourcing operations in the UAE. One position is based in Dubai and the other in Abu Dhabi, with immediate joining preferred.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in UAE labor supply and manpower outsourcing, a strong corporate client network, and the ability to generate new business opportunities, secure manpower contracts, and build long-term client relationships across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new B2B clients for labor supply and manpower outsourcing services.
• Generate new manpower requirements and business opportunities across the UAE.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Secure manpower supply contracts through effective sales and negotiation.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
• Achieve sales targets while expanding the company’s client portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain market awareness and identify new business opportunities within target industries.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Labor Supply or Manpower Outsourcing.
• Proven experience in B2B business development and client acquisition.
• Strong UAE corporate client network.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new manpower business and requirements.
• Experience securing manpower supply contracts.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Experience working with Construction, MEP, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing, Infrastructure, and Maintenance clients is highly preferred.
• Only candidates with relevant UAE Labor Supply or Manpower Outsourcing experience will be considered.
