Job Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Executive to manage and oversee sales operations.
• Perform the tasks of helping customers in selecting the merchandise of Lifestyle fine Jewellery.
• Handle the tasks of checking in and replenishing new merchandise inside case lines as well as Prepare merchandise transfers
• Perform other additional responsibilities as assigned by the store manager
• Responsible for showing and explaining the various features of items to potential customers
• Perform the tasks of handling cash payments or credit cards as well as check credit card to ensure the reliability of purchasing
• Handle responsibilities of cleaning, maintaining, and organizing the display cases to make it appear in an appealing way to customers
• Responsible for explaining return policies, payment modes, payment services, and other services
• Handle the tasks of supervising the store and report suspicious activities to the store manager, if any
• Perform responsibilities of entering sales information on a daily and weekly basis
• Provide superior customer service on a consistent basis
• Assist in maintaining store’s visual presentation of watches and jewellery
• Strive to achieve multiple items per transaction (up-selling/cross-selling)
• Process sales transactions
• Achieve sales goals
• Process special order requests
• Ensure loss prevention policies are upheld; receive/ship merchandise; re-stock;
• Maintain cleanliness of the store
• Assist with other job-related tasks as and when required.
