Sales Manager – Interior Fit-out Projects

The ideal candidate has to be Experienced, Technically sound, self-motivated, well-organized individual to operate from our expanding Interior Fit out and MEP Division.

Responsibilities

• Primarily a sales role with site visits related to relationship building with prospective clients, presales meetings and presentations.
• Generate inquiries from major Clients, Consultants & Main Contractors for their ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Maintain functional relationship with Estimation, Projects, Production and Operations team.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle and should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones.
• Should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
• Manage sales pipeline
• Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in Project sales – Interior Fit out/MEP
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
