Description:

We are currently recruiting a Reservation Agent (Arabic Speaker).

The preferred candidate must be in UAE.

YOU’RE DAY TO DAY:

• Process all reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone, email or fax.
• Maintain a regular pattern of sales calls and ensures no calls are left unanswered.
• Maintain a high level of quality product and service knowledge about the Hotel and Restaurants…
• Maintain knowledge of special rates/offers/promotions.
• Ensure that the reservation telephones are attended at all times during scheduled hours and is complying with the set standards of salutations and telephone etiquette.
• Ensure that the quality of reservation is maintained in terms of guest details, outlet bookings, etc. · Ensure that the minimum response time is maintained for all reservation requests.
• The candidate must have at least 1 year experience in a similar role and be passionate.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Good attention to details and problem solving skills is required.
