Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the approved curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment.
• Assess student progress and maintain accurate academic records.
• Support students’ educational, social, and personal development.
• Collaborate with colleagues, school leadership, and parents to enhance student learning.
• Prepare teaching materials and participate in school activities when required.
• Maintain effective classroom management and ensure student well-being.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant teaching subject.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) for Classroom Teacher positions.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education (PGDECE) for Kindergarten Teacher positions.
• Relevant teaching experience is preferred.
• Valid UAE Residence Visa is mandatory for Maternity Cover positions.
• Freshers may also be considered for the 2-month temporary maternity cover contract.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Classroom management and lesson planning.
• Student assessment and educational best practices.
• Communication, collaboration, and child development.
