Description:
OurShopee is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead senior-level hiring initiatives in the UAE and GCC markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in talent acquisition, executive hiring, and the ability to identify and attract top professionals for critical leadership positions.
This role requires a hands-on recruitment professional with proven experience in closing Manager, Senior Manager, C-Suite, and senior leadership positions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing talent pipelines, conducting market research, and using effective sourcing strategies to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and leadership-level positions.
• Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates through headhunting, LinkedIn sourcing, and talent mapping.
• Build strong talent pipelines across UAE and GCC markets.
• Successfully close Manager, Senior Manager, C-Suite, and senior leadership roles.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential candidates.
• Maintain a strong network of professional talent within relevant industries.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of UAE recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong Dubai, UAE, and GCC hiring experience.
• Proven track record of independently closing senior managerial and leadership positions.
• Strong headhunting, LinkedIn sourcing, and talent mapping skills.
• Senior Talent Acquisition background is preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills; Hindi is preferred.
• Open to male and female candidates.
• Candidates should not apply if:
• Their experience is mainly focused on HR Executive or HR Generalist roles.
• They have recruitment experience without senior-level UAE hiring exposure.
• Their background is primarily HR Head or HR Manager rather than hands-on Talent Acquisition.
• They do not have 5+ years of UAE recruitment experience.
• They have not independently closed senior leadership or managerial positions in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Executive search and senior-level recruitment.
• UAE/GCC talent acquisition strategies.
