Description:
A hotel apartment in Dubai is looking for a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join its front office team. The ideal candidate will have previous hotel reception experience and be confident in delivering outstanding guest service while ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations through Opera PMS, and providing prompt assistance to ensure an excellent guest experience. Candidates currently available in the UAE will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and provide a professional and friendly front desk experience.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation requests efficiently.
• Operate Opera PMS for reservations, room assignments, and guest records.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with daily front office operations.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a hotel front office role.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Candidates currently available in the United Arab Emirates are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
