Arabian Centers Employment Services Group – Dubai Head Office (Jobs Global) is urgently hiring Regional Recruitment Specialist to work remotely to the head office.
Job Summary
Responsible for managing the full recruitment process of our organization in the GCC region as an English Recruitment consultant; sourcing, screening, and managing the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers including post-interview calibration/feedback with interview teams, headhunt and executive search in multi-industry.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through all the sourcing channels.
- Maintain heavy traffic to recruit locally for GCC area (blue and white collars)
- Manage candidate activity and provide consistent documentation using ERP System and Workspace.
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers including post-interview calibration/feedback with interview teams.
- Fulfil and close the hiring Requisitions efficiently.
- Meet the daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Requirements
- The ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Should have experience in recruiting for multi-industry clients.
- Experience in international recruitment agency or manpower only at least one year
- Previous experience as Human resources recruiter in a well-known UAE/ Kuwait/ or Qatar company is a plus
- Fluent English is a must.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
