• Acquisition of properties for sale and rent
• Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on property value
• Providing customers with assistance throughout the entire sales process
• Prepare necessary documentation to complete transactions
• Sales and marketing activities
• Continue to develop network to become an area specialist in your community
• Keep up to date with market trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Knowledge of sales techniques with at least one year in a sales role preferably within the UAE
• Strong negotiation skills – experience in offering expert customer service
• Ability to work independently with great dedication
• Strong communication skills – written and spoken English is a must, all other languages is an advantage
• Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a team
