Hiring Quality Controller

Kallada Food Industries is looking for a Quality Controller to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections of raw materials and finished products
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain food safety records
• Identify and address quality issues with corrective actions
• Perform internal audits and support regulatory inspections
• Ensure hygiene and safety protocols are followed
• Maintain food safety standards (ISO 22000, HACCP)

Qualifications:

• BSc/MSc in Food Science
• 1-2 years of QC experience (FMCG preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills
