Description:
A growing European truck and trailer spare parts trading company in Dubai is seeking a confident and results-driven Salesman to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for sales professionals with experience in automotive or heavy vehicle spare parts who have strong customer relationship skills and market knowledge.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, promoting truck and trailer spare parts, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Promote and sell European truck and trailer spare parts.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on orders and payments.
• Conduct regular customer visits and market research activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market pricing trends.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, and Accounts departments.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive or heavy vehicle spare parts.
• Experience with European truck and trailer parts is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of truck spare parts and their applications.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Basic computer skills with ERP experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• European truck and trailer spare parts.
• Automotive sales and customer handling.
• Sales planning and market development.
