Auto Parts Sales Representative – Counter Sales

About the Job:

We are currently in need of Parts Sales Representative (Counter Sales) to join our Pacific Falcon team in Dubai. As part of our Automotive Parts team, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from parts inquiry up to processing of orders for both walked in and telephone customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts & suggesting right parts/add-ons and offer specials to ensure customer is exposed to the full product line for all the brands represented by the company.
• Receive customer enquiries and identify the correct part numbers using the parts catalogues (EPC).
• Advise the customers on replacement of related parts and benefits of using genuine parts | OEM parts.
• Ensure that the quotations, sales orders, sales returns, warranties and application of customer discounts or special net prices are performed as per the standard operating procedure.
• Follow-up back-orders so that customers receive timely information on the status of back-ordered parts and ensure that such parts are delivered to the customer on the promised date.
• Develops, communicates, enforces and monitors effective Parts Department processes to ensure corporate and external customer satisfaction.
• Assist corporate sales team to ensure timely coordination and on time delivery.
• Having an understanding of what items to be kept in stock for the various brands in order to meet customer demands.
• Dealing with various distributors | Suppliers with regards to the stock issue | Purchasing, pricing, delivery, discounts, rebates, flash offers and customer returns.

Requirements;:

• The ideal candidate for this role should possess a good general level of Education and should have at least a minimum of 3 years’ UAE experience in spare parts operations and automotive parts sales, including body parts.
• Knowledge and experience in heavy commercial vehicles will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) is preferred.
• You should have the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customer.
• You should have excellent computer skills.
• You should also be able to display excellent communication skills with an ability to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude while being able to work in a team.
• Having a valid UAE driving license will also be an added advantage.

Salary Package: AED 3000 – AED 4000 + Monthly Incentives (Based on the Targets)
