Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control (QC) Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the food and beverage industry, with a strong focus on maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the quality control processes across multiple branches.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve quality issues.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Hotel Management, Microbiology, HACCP or a related field.
- Proven experience in a quality control role within the food and beverage industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
