Hiring Project Procurement Manager for a leading European main contractor on a large civils project in the UAE. Company have a large 4 year project which was recently awarded and are interested in candidates for the above role.
Company is seeking someone with 10 years procurement experience and someone with experience as a Project Procurement Manager. The role will require the successful candidate to prepare, define and understand the technical scope with both suppliers and subcontractors.
