Are you an experienced Procurement Officer with a proven track record in the contracting industry? Do you have expertise in managing supply chains, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely procurement in the fast-paced world of construction in Dubai? If so, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee procurement activities for construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to meet project specifications
• Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms
• Manage inventory and streamline the procurement process
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, policies, and quality standards
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support project success

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or similar role in the contracting/construction sector
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and sourcing strategies
• Familiarity with Dubai’s construction regulations and market dynamics
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of procurement software is a plus
