Description:

A leading building materials organization in Dubai is looking to hire an experienced Inventory Head to oversee inventory operations across multiple warehouses and retail locations. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned inventory management professional with strong leadership skills and extensive experience within the building materials, FMCG, or retail sectors.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, improving stock control processes, and ensuring efficient inventory management across the business. Professionals with UAE market experience and a proven track record in large-scale inventory operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage inventory operations across multiple warehouses and retail branches.

• Develop and implement effective inventory control policies and procedures.

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy and availability.

• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to optimize inventory performance.

• Analyze inventory data and generate reports to support business decisions.

• Minimize stock discrepancies, losses, and excess inventory.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

• 10–15 years of experience in inventory management.

• Mandatory experience in Building Materials Trading or the FMCG and Retail sector.

• Proven expertise in managing inventory across multiple warehouses and retail branches.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Building materials products and inventory control practices.

• Inventory planning, stock management, and warehouse operations.

• Inventory analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

• UAE market experience is preferred.

• Professional certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or Inventory Management Certification will be an added advantage.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
