Tasees Properties is seeking a skilled and detail-focused Accountant to become part of its expanding team in Ajman. This full-time, on-site opportunity is ideal for professionals who have a solid background in accounting and enjoy working in a fast-paced real estate environment.
The successful candidate will oversee daily financial activities, maintain accurate accounting records, and support the organization’s financial operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing property company while developing your expertise in accounting and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record and manage daily accounting transactions with accuracy.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial statements.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial data remains accurate.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with year-end closing activities.
• Monitor company cash flow and track operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and internal financial policies.
• Coordinate with different departments to support day-to-day financial operations.
• Organize and maintain financial records and supporting documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience.
• Previous experience within the real estate or property sector is required.
• Hands-on experience using Zoho Books is essential.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Microsoft Excel and financial data management.
• Analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
