Description:

A growing organization in the UAE is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant & Operations Assistant to support both finance and day-to-day operational activities. This role is ideal for candidates who can efficiently manage accounting responsibilities while coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.

The successful candidate will maintain financial records, process daily accounting transactions, support inventory accounting, and assist with administrative and operational tasks. The position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

• Prepare invoices and organize financial documentation.

• Manage petty cash and prepare daily cash reports.

• Record customer payments and assist with bank reconciliations.

• Support inventory accounting and perform stock reconciliations.

• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure efficient workflow.

• Assist with daily operational and administrative activities.

• Prepare basic management reports and support the finance team as required.

Requirements:

• Relevant accounting knowledge and practical experience.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Strong knowledge of:

• Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial record management.

• Inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and operational coordination.
