Description:
Elegant Qubes Decoration L.L.C is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Estimator to join its expanding team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in events, exhibitions, luxury interior fit-out, and joinery projects who can manage complex estimations and support the delivery of high-value projects across the UAE and GCC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, developing competitive tenders, analyzing costs, and supporting commercial decision-making. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for events, exhibitions, luxury interior fit-out, and joinery projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to determine quantities and costs.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare detailed tender submissions.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies while maintaining project profitability.
• Estimate bespoke joinery, custom fabrication, and high-end fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Project Management, and Production teams.
• Support value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs and efficiency.
• Review project requirements and provide commercial recommendations.
• Maintain accurate estimation records and cost documentation.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of estimation experience, preferably within the UAE/GCC market.
• Proven experience in Events, Exhibitions, Interior Fit-Out, and Joinery projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-offs, tendering processes, and cost planning.
• Experience estimating bespoke joinery, custom fabrication, and luxury fit-out projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and value engineering expertise.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and project cost estimation.
• Events, exhibitions, luxury interiors, and custom fabrication processes.
• Tender management, procurement coordination, and value engineering techniques.
