Description:
eMatrix Software is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Implementation Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in ERP implementation or technical support who are eager to contribute to successful software deployment projects.
The selected candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to implement ERP solutions, configure system modules, deliver user training, and provide ongoing support. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise while working on a variety of ERP implementation projects in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in ERP implementation projects from planning through deployment.
• Gather business requirements and assist in configuring ERP solutions.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support.
• Perform system testing to ensure functionality and identify issues.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related problems and recommend effective solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist in maintaining project documentation and implementation records.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ERP implementation or ERP support.
• Knowledge of ERP modules, including Finance, Inventory, Procurement, HR, or Projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
• ERP implementation, testing, and user training.
• Technical support and business process analysis.
• Communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and e-Invoicing will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
