Vacancy – Off Plan Sales Specialist

Location – Dubai, UAE

Your Place Real Estate is looking for experienced Off Plan Sales Specialists to join our successful growing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record selling property from top Dubai developers Emaar, Meraas, Damac, DP, Select Group, Sobha etc.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Close property deals and reach sales targets
• Generating new business against Primary Sales volume and revenue targets with off-plan launches and inventory sales
• Build relationships with potential clients and high net worth investors
• Communicate with clients of all nationalities on the phone, via face to face and online meetings
• High conversion ratios, transacting regularly from company marketing and generating own leads from multiple channels
• Generate referrals from existing clients and channel partners, both locally and in international markets

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• RERA License
• 2-year experience in off-plan sales
• Driving license
• Arabic English speaker
