Join one of Dubai’s leading Engineering, architecture companies with a diversified business in the building industry. Looking to hire Mechanical Engineer (Facility Management) with minimum 10 years of experience in UAE.

• Mainly knowledge and experience in AC.
• Very good experience in identifying and solving technical problems.
• Have general knowledge in Plumbing, Firefighting.
• Gathering and analyzing data, blueprints, and reports.
• Determining facility and equipment specifications.
• Analyzing project costs, running costs and preparing budgets.
• Designing and overseeing the implementation of facility expansion, layout, various existing systems, and quality controls.
• Evaluating operational systems and facility existing equipment to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies and low running costs.
• Developing processing plans and analyzing, evaluating the performance of AMC contractors.
• Planning and coordinating existing equipment and equipment maintenance schedules and activities.
• Coordinating and overseeing contractors performing maintenance activities.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
• Preparing reports and compliance documentation.
• Keep intact records of the existing equipment and maintenance records.
