The company is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Account Executive to join its growing sales team and support the next phase of business expansion.
This role is focused on managing the complete sales cycle for high-value enterprise prospects, from initial outreach and discovery to product demonstrations and deal closure. The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and internal teams to generate pipeline, close deals, and ensure smooth customer onboarding handoffs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound and outbound qualified leads and run structured discovery calls using MEDDPICC methodology
• Collaborate with Senior SDRs to develop account strategies and target high-value ICP accounts
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer business needs
• Identify customer pain points and position Customer.io solutions effectively
• Own sales pipeline, revenue forecasting, and performance reporting
• Self-generate additional pipeline opportunities to achieve quota targets
• Utilize value-based selling techniques to communicate product benefits clearly
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the entire sales cycle
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of successful experience as a Senior Account Executive in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas
• Experience using MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify business needs and recommend effective solutions
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Experience in Marketing Technology sales is a plus
