Description:
XWAVE Swimming Pools is seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join its team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong accounting expertise and UAE experience to oversee financial operations and support the company’s continued growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting records, monitoring project finances, ensuring VAT compliance, and working closely with internal departments to maintain financial accuracy and operational efficiency. The role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the company’s financial operations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare monthly cash flow reports and analyze project profitability.
• Monitor project expenses, operational costs, and budget performance.
• Handle petty cash, supplier payments, customer collections, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare tax invoices, submit UAE VAT returns, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Coordinate with the Operations, Projects, Procurement, and Audit teams on financial matters.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Relevant UAE finance and accounting experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
• Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations and financial compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• UAE VAT regulations, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting best practices.
