This role sits within the Performance Marketing team and reports directly to the Director of Performance Marketing. The selected candidate will own the paid search channel end-to-end, driving measurable pipeline growth, revenue impact, and customer acquisition efficiency across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and own global B2B paid search strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEM roadmap aligned with MQLs, pipeline generation, and revenue growth

• Optimize keywords, audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad creatives, and landing pages to improve conversion performance and reduce CAC

• Run continuous A/B testing and experimentation to enhance campaign effectiveness

• Collaborate with analytics and revenue operations teams for accurate attribution, forecasting, and performance insights

• Work closely with content, web, and marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency and optimized conversion paths

• Manage a significant paid search budget while balancing growth, efficiency, and scalability

• Drive strategy evolution as the company expands into new markets and product areas

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Search / SEM

• Proven experience managing SEM as a core B2B demand generation channel

• Strong background in Sales-Led growth environments

• Experience connecting SEM performance to broader revenue and lifecycle marketing strategies

• Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, SA360, and analytics tools

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
