Ultimate HR Solutions is currently looking to hire a professional and personable Customer Facing Executive / Receptionist to join their team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in front-desk operations and customer interaction while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all clients and visitors, while also supporting administrative functions. Flexibility is required to work across two locations—Ghaf Woods and Tilal Al Ghaf.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors warmly and assist them in a courteous and professional manner

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries with efficiency and accuracy

• Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable

• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and internal calendars

• Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments as needed

• Guide clients by providing accurate information and directing them to the appropriate departments

• Maintain proper records, logs, and documentation in an organized manner

• Travel between Ghaf Woods and Tilal Al Ghaf locations as required

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory

• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance with a positive and approachable attitude

• Ability to multitask effectively and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in MS Office and general administrative tools

• Valid UAE driving license and own transportation is preferred

• Willingness and flexibility to travel between assigned work locations
