Evolve, a leading vacation rental management company in the United States, is on a mission to simplify vacation rentals for both homeowners and guests. The company is seeking an experienced and data-driven Revenue Manager (Vacation Rentals) to join its high-performing Revenue Management team.
This role focuses on optimizing pricing strategies and maximizing revenue performance across a large portfolio of vacation rental properties. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, commercially driven, and confident in making strategic pricing decisions based on market trends and data insights.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage revenue performance across a large regional portfolio of vacation rental listings
• Oversee pricing strategies for listings generating significant annual revenue
• Develop and execute annual revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and income
• Analyze market demand, competitor pricing, and seasonal trends to optimize rates
• Adjust pricing and booking policies based on real-time data and market conditions
• Ensure new listings achieve strong market positioning and sustained revenue growth
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align pricing strategies and revenue goals
• Communicate revenue insights, strategies, and recommendations to cross-functional teams
• Contribute to revenue optimization projects and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or related analytical roles
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience working with tools such as Tableau, Excel, SQL, or similar BI platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and visual formats
• Comfortable making calculated decisions in a fast-changing environment
• Ability to balance customer experience with revenue optimization strategies
