GEORGES of Dubai is currently expanding its team and is looking for a passionate and versatile Retail Administrator & Sales Assistant to support both in-store and digital operations. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with customers, have an eye for detail, and are comfortable handling both physical retail tasks and online store management.
The position combines customer service, retail sales, and e-commerce support, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment. The selected candidate will contribute to maintaining a seamless experience across both the physical store and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers on the shop floor, providing a welcoming and personalized shopping experience
• Support day-to-day store operations, including merchandising, styling, and maintaining store presentation
• Handle gift wrapping and ensure products are presented attractively
• Manage customer inquiries through digital channels with professionalism and prompt responses
• Upload and manage products on Shopify, ensuring accurate descriptions and details
• Assist in maintaining and updating the online store to ensure smooth functionality
• Support administrative tasks and ensure proper coordination between store and digital operations
Requirements:
• Previous experience in retail or a similar customer-facing role
• Friendly, approachable, and confident personality when dealing with customers
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Familiarity with Shopify, Excel, or similar systems is required
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities both independently and within a team
• Basic technical understanding for handling online store operations
